This is a model of a real world tripod. It was created with C4D-R14 and is suitable for use in broadcast, advertising, design visualization. The model is built to real-world-scale (units = centimeters)
The SPECIAL FEATURE of this model is the User-Data:
You can move and rotate the parts of this tripod by means of the User-Data sliders. Just drop the Tripod in your project and place it on the floor.
All further adjustments (spreading of the legs, telescoping the legs, rotating the head, pulling up the head) can be done by sliders in the User-Data. You don't have to search through the hierarchy to find objects to rotate or move.
Even the BUBBLE-LEVELS work properly (AUTOMATICALLY via Xpresso/Coffee!!)
If you want to add a camera (not included) to the tripod, just place it in position on the tripod-head and make it a child of the object 'CameraConnector'. From then on the position of your camera will also be controlled by the User-Data sliders.

One project file including the model 'PF-Tripod' and cameras, lights and background objects used to create the thumbnail-images. All materials are included as well as following textures:

The model consists of 101 polygon-objects. Each object has unwrapped UVs in case you want to use different Materials and Textures. See the 'cherboard' and 'UV-Example' thumbnails.
