Each tree contains 1042-4261 polygons (only quads and tris). All 8 trees have either 2m and 70cm height but you can reasonably scale them up or down to get more size variation. They are modeled in way to have different side and from silhouettes. Leaves use the same texture map, but tree trunk with branches have non-overlapping UVs.
Trees from non-summer seasons can be used to simulate sick, dying or dead trees at summer. Displacement maps can be used in real-time rendering for parallax mapping or tessellation. All tree have simplified roots, you can adjust how deep tree is in the ground to control partial visibility of roots or hide them underground. Tree trunk and branches low-poly topology is of superb quality as you can see on wireframe previews.

3ds max 2013: two .max files with iray and Mental ray materials respectively. You can find in preview images how iray and Mental ray materials look like. Each tree is single mesh.
Blender 2.70: In 'Simple' .blend file each tree is a single mesh. Each tree can have slightly different hue or saturation - adjustable in node editor. 'Full' .blend contains animation used to render turntables and most of the previews. In '2m' and '70cm' .blend files each leave plane is separate object grouped with its tree. This allows shading each leave plane with slightly different hue or saturation, and also control how many leaves are visible - these parameters are easily adjustable in node editor.

Preview images are rendered with Cycles with mesh smoothing unless noted otherwise. Thanks to displacement maps mesh smoothing is of very high quality. Only tree trunk and branches are meshsmoothable but leaves are not because they use alpha textures.
