Model is mainly all quads with few triangles at joining points.
Model placed at center, objects properly grouped and parented, mic holder pivot point has been placed at correct location for easy rotation adjustment.
files are including lights and renders exactly as the thumbnail images, I also included a studio HDRI Map with Arnold version.
