OBJ exported from Maya 2011 to 3ds Max 2009 and Cinema 4D. FBX and 3ds exported from Max 2009.
On 3ds Max, mesh smooth applied and left as it is so you can disable it anytime. On Cinema 4D Hypernurbs applied so you can also disable it anytime to use them as low poly. On Maya I used smooth mesh preview.
