This is set of complex models of buildings with simple interior walls and details like shutters in windows. All models placed in one scene with skydome environment.
- 3ds Max - standard version with standard materials, skydome included,
- 3ds Max – V-Ray version with V-Ray materials, skydome and light,
FBX and Obj are exported models, no light. No bugs, Uvs works correctly etc.

These models were made to avoid n-gons (no ngons in model at all) and keep poly count as low as possible:
- Building 01 - 5,186 polygons
- Building 02 - 3,802 polygons
- Building 03 - 8,240 polygons
- Building 04 - 8,887 polygons
- Building 05 - 6,505 polygons
- Building 06 - 10,776 polygons
Mesh is clear, well done and optimized. Mostly quads - 98 - 100%.
Materials, textures, objects are clearly named in English.
- textures resolution - 3200x3200, 2200x2200, 1024x1024, 800x678, 800x800, 800x420, 327x272, 640x640, 512x512, 420x290, 659x627, px etc.
NO MULTI/SUB-OBJECT MATERIALS!
Nobody likes objects with many different materials assigned. This produce disorder in 'Material Editor' with a lot of needless, scattered 'multi materials'.
There is no mess with textures and materials here.
Only singe materials were use morover each object have only one material assigned.
No 'Multi/Sub-Object materials' = no mess in 'Material Editor'.
