As each site across the world is different, the cabic house model will need to be adapted suitably before it can be built from. A Structural Engineer for example will be needed to size all of the structural members and foundations to ensure they are suitably designed for the local climate conditions and locally supplied construction materials.
Providing this Revit model to your Architect, will save you money as the Architect will do less work and therefore charge you less. Your Architect will need to adapt the model to show local materials, thermal barriers, waterproofing, built-in equipment and construction methods. The Architect will create 2D drawing sheets from the 3D model that suit the needs of your local council planners, building department and contractors.
