All quad topology that can be subdivided. Non-overlapping UVS with minimum seams for tessellation.
Please note that to get the kind of result that is visible in the preview renders, it is necessary to render this with normal maps and / or with PBR textures. Although Maya and Lightwave formats are included, getting the shader to work with PBR textures requires some extra effort. This will however work as it is in Unreal engine and other such game engines.
