3d model of Lycosa Tarantula 'Wolf Spider' created in Maya 2013. Clean topology. Real world scale. Model is rigged and ready for animation (Maya only!). Standart Maya Fur plugin used for spider's hair. Please note, that model exported to 3dsmax etc. will not be hairy. Texure with 4096x4096 pixels resolution. Also included .max, .obj and .fbx formats. Rendered with Maya 2013 and mentalray renderer. FBX file contains skeletal system with all skin weights kept. For faster viewport perfomance please hide hair layer and unhide it before rendering.
IMPORTANT NOTE: there can be error when rendering fur in maya, it caused by unbaked fur texture. To fix it: go to node 'Tarantulafur', you can find it in Outliner or select Tarantula's mesh and find 'Tarantulafur' in Attribute editor, then simply press 'Bake' button.
