To render the Maya file in Mental Ray you will need to press the '3' button on the keyboard for the Smooth Mesh Preview.

The Maya file includes a lighting setup that uses two HDR.

In order to get the correct illumination in the Maya files inside the Mental Ray Common settings the Enable Color Management' is turn on.

The 3dsmax file format uses a MR Sun and Sky illumination System , with color Management turn
on. The result of the render is the last presentation image.
