Maps starting from 8096X8096 Pixles maps and lower
V-Ray Materials shaders, Rendering was done in 3ds Max 2012 with V-Ray 2.3, you will find the 3ds Max 2010 as well.
Also you will find the .ztl file of the Model, what was done in Zbrush if you want to decimate or create another maps. I have render some of the objects with Displace set up at Modifier, using Gamma 2.2 with Frame Buffer
Note: The scene is using Multi Scatter as Plugin. You need to have this plugin installed to render the Island with trees!
