This Christmas tree is intended to be stylized. It is more realistic than the cartoon models, but renders much more quickly than absolutely photorealistic models. The glow maps also allow the tree to be rendered quite nicely in a dark scene (see previews above).
The unsubdivided mesh contains 25,064 triangles and the mesh with level two subdivision contains 38,564 triangles (including all of the ornaments). With the ornaments, star, and tinsel removed, the unsubdivide mesh contains 612 triangles and the mesh with level two subdivision contains 6,912 triangles.
The tinsel, ornaments, lights, and star are all independently removable.

Note: Due to the format conversion, .3ds and .obj files will require reapplication of texture maps (included). However, the Carrara file is render-ready.
