It comes with an unwrapped non-stretching UV map and is a subdivision object.
Also is several textures included: color (diffuse) map, bump map, normal map, epidermis map, subdermis map and specular map. All of them are 4096x4096.
The LightWave scene is setup and ready to render. It comes in two versions, one with hair and one without hair. The hair is made of Hair Guides and uses LightWave's native FiberFX to render them. The guides also works with Sasquatch.
The 3ds Max scene is also setup and ready to render. The product example images are rendered in LightWave but the 3ds Max version is quite similar. It uses the same geometry, the same texture maps applied with the Mental Ray Fast Skin Shader and the same hair guides setup to be rendered with Max Hair and Fur which can easily be tweaked to your liking. It also comes in two versions, one with hair and one without.
There is also an Obj export with all UV coordinates intact which can be imported into most 3D packages available and setup there. The Obj version does NOT include the hair guides, but other than the missing hair guides is all other textures included to be applied to her in the package of your choice.
