High detailed angry bear with ripped human hand (animated)

The model is fully rigged and ready for animations. Ripped human hand has separate bones and skinning. The hand can be deleted if needed.

Modeling and animation software used: 3d studio MAX 2010.

Standard 3d Studio MAX 'Hair and Fur' modifier was used for the hair. The model is optimized for Default Scanline renderer, but also can be used with other renderers.

Morphs included:
-Shrinked lips
-Hump shift

Animations included (check 'previews' section):
-Walk loop (with head movement)
-Simple walk loop (without head movement)
-Attack loop
-Run loop
-Aggressive standing pose animation.


Files contain model and lighting setup. Everything you see in the pictures are included (materials, textures, rendering and lighting setup, human hand, etc..).

The scenes are configured for fast rendering time (about 1m30s for 1200X1200 picture on Intel i5-2500 CPU, 4GB RAM).

For very fast rendering you can disable hair rendering. All textures are configured to be used without hair also. The model is made using subdivision surfaces; you can adjust meshsmooth resolution as needed. Subdivisions can be adjusted only in “without hair” mode.

Reduce Light Hair resolution in light parameters for even faster rendering.

OBJ and 3DS formats don't include hair, textures, materials, animations and rigging. Only model with morphs (separate model for each morph).

FBX format includes baked animations, rigging, skinning and morphing. But there is not included mapping and textures.

The hair quality can be increased by adding hair segments. But this increases rendering time and memory amount also.

Turn off 'in place' mode in biped’s 'General Parameters' rollout to retain horizontal movement of the bear.

Successfully tested on 3d studio max 2011, 2012.
