There is an on/off switch the can be key framed to start and stop the automated deformation animation. There are control curves to manipulate the hour and minute hands as well as the alarm hand The clock and its auto animation are controlled by a main control curve that can be translated rotated and scaled independently

Geometry is polys based on quads with few Tris. The scene is neatly organized groups in a hierarchy. Clear naming convention. All Geo has deleted history. Transforms set to zero at world origin.
