In the archive you can find 2 files: First file is REFERENCE file. You have to open SETUP file and browse first file how a reference.
First file - reference (skinned mesh and joints) Second file - only setup (IKs, controls, constrains)
About my setup: - I used only constrains and a few adjustments in the node editor. - Rig is completely symmetrical, you can copy and paste attributes or graphs without problems. - In the maya file you can use one of three LODs, they are skinned and ready for export. - If you want to use FK for legs, you'll have to animate legs joints. - Eyes rig has Aim constrain + rotation control. It's easy to use. - All rig completely scalable (IKs and constrains works correct).
