Medieval&Fantasy Set is a 3D models and materials package for games and visualizations. With this package you can create your own medieval village from zero, or enriching your project with some additions. The preview pictures have been taken within a Unity scene, where I created a scene using only the assets included in this package, except for vegetation and particles, which comes from the amazing Meadow Environment asset from Nature Manufacture. This package contains the .fbx models and the textures to create PBR materials, not the scene in the preview. The last ten preview images are screenshot of what comes in the package.

In this package are included 118 3D models UV mapped and 35 texture folders, each of them to create a PBR material. The different files in the package are organized as follows: 1) 3D models are in .fbx format, subdivided in 5 main categories that you can find in the FBX files folder. In the .fbx file models have only Diffuse map applied, but when you decide the software to render, you can apply the other maps. Suggestion: if you want to put them inside a game project, you should create LOD stages, in order to keep performances high (you can just use the decimate modifier in Blender for example).

2) Textures are inside Texture maps folders. Each of the subfolders contains a number of texture maps, mainly in 4K (4096x4096), for Physically Based Rendering (PBR), so you usually find 4 different textures: Albedo/Diffuse, Roughness, Ambient Occlusion, Normal. Some materials also have a Metallic map, or a Displacement map if you want to use it. They are subdivided in 5 zip folders.
