This light switch's native format is Cinema 4D. The Cinema file is already setup with Subdivisional Surfaces. The Cinema and FBX file types both come with materials. The Cinema 4D file also comes with an HDRI sky object setup. You just need to load an HDRI image to the empty HDRI material balls luminance channel in order to achieve the look of the preview images.
The OBJ format will need materials.
OBJ and FBX files come in cage resolution for use with SDS, and in high resolution meshes.
