The screen is a separate child object UVW mapped for a texture so you can put still or moving images on it. It currently uses a 1024 by 768 image.
The screen is hinged and constrained to it's parent object, the base, so it is simple to adjust. To position the monitor grab the base and place it where you want. Select the screen and rotate to tilt into position.
