The girl is riged with a CAT (character animation tool). Perfectly skined. Model textured and shaded for rendering in mental ray as well as in standart scanline render. There is also hair modifier whitch is included in 8 3dsmax version. In pictures you can see that skin morph is added to all main parts of the body. The textures are used only for eyes and lips, all the rest are procedural textures. The modify stuck is ofcourse not colapsed. I think you can learn a lot from this model.
