This girders native file format is Cinema 4D. The Cinema file is semi procedural/editable. Cloners are setup for crossbars and bolts that you can add more too to make the girder any length you need. The end points of the girder will need to be moved in point mode if this is done. The points needed to move are already selected when you go into point mode.
The Cinema 4D file has a light, camera, and an HDRI sky object setup. You just need to load an HDRI image to the empty HDRI material balls luminance channel.
3DS models are triangulated and contain more polygons.
