Gaming Baboons End User License Agreement (EULA) This is a legal agreement ('License Agreement') between you and Gaming Baboons. If you proceed to use any products created by Gaming Baboons, you hereby signify that you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions set forth below. The products are only licensed to you; they are not sold to you.
The products may be used Royalty Free:
1) For personal or commercial use. 2) For advertising or promotional use. 3) For website or in any electronic devices. 4) In broadcast, multimedia, video games or animation. (in as many applications as necessary) 5) In books or magazines.
You are not permitted to:
1) Market, distribute, give, transfer, sell or sublicense the products in any format with the exception of a compiled application such as a video game. If the products are used in a compiled application then the following rules must be strictly followed: a) The products must be a part of the compiled program.
b) Every possible attempt should be made to protect the products from theft by using resource encryption or some other form of concealment.
c) The products must exist only within the program code and may not be rebuilt on a user's computer hard drive from the compiled binary.
d) Every attempt should be made to protect the products from copyright infringement. This includes the methods mentioned in line 1-b but should also include any resources you have at your disposal.
2) Modify the products and sell or distribute the modified products in any format except as part of a compiled application (See line 1 above for compilation terms).
Product Description: This is a medium polygon 3d model (mesh) representing Female Warrior Armor Outfits, specially designed for game developers and CGI renders and animations. The file contains original 3DSMax scene files as well as textures. Files come in different folders inside the archive package.
