This is a Bathroom Vanity that I modeled from scratch and rendered in blenders cycles so the materials did not export with the obj or the fbx but I will include the textures I used for the marble top. There are no textures for the rest of the model just materials.
Textures are from Poliigon and are in the zip folder.
In the .blend file all the doors and drawers open and close and have pivot points set up to work right as seen in the picture.
In the wireframe images the thick black areas are where I beveled it and used about 6 iterations so thats why there so close together.
