The idea from concept arts. I created model from 3dsmax and add detail with zbrush. I used xNormal to make normal and AO. I painted with substance painter. The Texture size 4096*4096 contains: Diffuse Map Normal Map AO Map Roughness Map Metallic Map. Shown images have been rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 2 and the project contains a obj, FBX, Marmoset scene and Textures.
This house easy to work with unreal engine and unity.
