Ever since Final Fantasy IV for the SNES, I've been fascinated with the Masamune. I've spent over 2 months in R&D on this project so I have put quite a bit of heart into creating this object I have come to love. This katana was created in September of 2008 for a personal project and what was super awesomely cool was that unbeknownst to me, the guys over at Project Soul (Namco) created this very sword for Mitsurugi in July of the same year. I did not find out about this coincidence until I played it for the first time in 2009.
This file contains the following: * TGA files Katana (512) for the Blade and the Koijiri/Scabbard (512x256) * Normal, Diffuse * Materials: Standard Material * All scene objects, materials, and textures are named and labeled according to Epic Games, Inc. naming convention. A JPG example is attached * renders are for advertising only.
You will also notice that the Koijiri has 2 available slots for its unwrap. I have color coded it for your convenience.
