City Block

'City Block' - a high res, very detailed model of a typical downtown commercial block with 4 major buildings, custom textured alleys, and streets.

Streets come from my 'City Streets' pack and can be seamlessly tiled together with two major elements: 'Street' and 'Intersection.'

Buildings:

Building design and features are modeled from precedent found in New York, Chicago, and London. Extra effort went to ensure a realistic sense of scale and proportion. All of the buildings have a unique entry system, lobby, and facade structure.

- Elevator shafts
- Rooftop equipment including AC units, ductwork, elevator shaft vent fans, satellite dishes, etc.
- New York styled rooftop water tower (available for purchase separately)
- Interior floors and column grid
- Unique Lobby and Penthouse levels
- Unique and customized loading docks with dumpsters and garbage cans (available for purchase separately)
- Major building elements are modeled separately to allow easy manipulation and editing (windows, window frames, doors, columns, major facade elements, etc).

NOTE:

This is a very large model. I have turned off many poly heavy elements of the scene in the editor view to improve user experience. I recommend that while working with this product, you keep them turned off.
