Units - cms. Hight - 181 cm (on high heels).
Medium polygon count, good topology. Rigging - Character Studio biped + skin modifier + some extra bones. All the clothes are also skinned. Face expressions - morpher modifier. Ready for animation. 4000x3592 pixels textures for body - diffuse, bump, specular.. The preview images were rendered with scanline renderer.

Hairs – hair and fur modifier or mesh with opacity map. Garments as shown on image – garment maker + cloth, the rest – mesh.

Use cloth simulation available in max to get better look of originally non-dynamic garments leaving the parts that can go well without simulation preserved.
