The walk cycle is uneven, jerky and too fast (40 frames), but that can be slowed down easily. The jerky movement will take some work however. The tops of both forelegs disappear into the rib cage in a very unrealistic fashion during the walk, which will also take some work to fix.
The mesh itself is OK. There are four UV mapped surfaces: the eye uses a color map, the skin is divided between the front and back half of the model, and each half uses a single 1024X512 image as the color and bump

This great dinasaur-mesh comes in two levels of datail: a high resolution version (23157 Polygons) and a low resolution version for realtime projects (5616 polygons).

The HiRes-textures are made of real elefant skin shots and some photoshop painting.
Animation:
The brachiosaur is fully rigged and equipped with 51 bones, to garant usability for any flight animations. The rigging supports:
