In order to use proper colorspace of the textures please make sure that the checkboxes 'Auto-convert Textures' to TX or/and 'Use Existing TX Textures' in the render settings are on. Or use provided .tx textures.
There is a catclark subd with 2 iterations is enabled on the objects.
