The model with all its subtools at the highest subdivision level is probably only useful for baking maps or 3d printing(model must be welded and cleaned up for 3d printing).

This product opens with all the subtools/meshes on their lowest subdivision level. subdivisions of any subtool can range anywhere from 1 to 8 subdivision levels and can be exported from zbrush to your 3d package of choice. Either by exporting .obj files or using the GoZ feature in Zbrush.
