*A few months after the first electric vehicle in the world, the Trouv Tricycle , built two English professors, William Edward Ayrton and John Perry , another, electric tricycle, the Ayrton & Perry Electric Tricycle . In October 1882, she went with your electric vehicle for the first time on the Queen Victoria Street in London. They used for their electric vehicle a tricycle from Howe Machine Company of Glasgow.  This bike had two large wheels at the front and a small rear wheel. The engine produced ( hp). The accumulators of Camille Alphonse Faure had a capacity of 1 kWh and a voltage of 20 volts. Partly also cells of Sellon-Volckmar were used. The batteries were placed on a board under the seat. The speed was single connection and disconnection of the battery cells 10  regulated. This vehicle had a range of up to 40 km and a top speed of about 14 km / h.  In addition, it had - unlike Trouvs vehicle - no pedals and was therefore completely dependent on the electric drive. The Ayrton & Perry Tricycle is the first vehicle with electric light.
