All tris (1030 tris, 1030 verts). No isolated vertices or coplanar faces. Clean non-overlapping UVs on hard edges. Smoothing groups are properly set in Max. OBJ and FBX are exported with smoothing groups.
Max and FBX files have real world scale. The rock is about 1.7 meter tall.
2048x2048 textures with albedo, specular and normal maps. (3x .PNG). Normal maps are baked in XNormal with Mikk tangent space. Most of the detail and shading depends on normal map. It might be necessary to flip the green channel of the normal map to support your engine.
Tested in Marmoset Toolbag and Unreal Engine 4. The FBX file can be simply imported to Unreal Engine 4 and the model will import and work instantly in correct scale. No scaling or setting up maps necessary. This really is a game ready model.
