Christmas arrived just a little late but it did arrive. This P-51B is superb. Markings and shape of fuselage and wings right on the money.   Best P-51 out there and if I could give it 10 stars I would. File404 I take off my hat and congratulate you on a job well done!!

Description
The North American P-51 Mustang is an American long-range, single-seat fighter and fighter-bomber used during World War II, the Korean War and other conflicts. Originally designed to use the Allison V-1710 engine, which had limited high-altitude performance, the addition of the Merlin engine to the P-51B/C model transformed the performance at altitudes above 15,000 ft, matching or bettering that of the Luftwaffe's fighters.
The model is in the colors of Capt. Dominic Salvatore 'Don' Gentile, a World War II USAAF pilot who surpassed Eddie Rickenbacker's World War I record of 26 downed aircraft.

Modelled in 1:1 real world scale, all parts are conveniently named and separated, textures and specular maps are 2048x2048 pixels and it has the following key-frame animations already in place:
Landing gears
Vents
Canopy

Original format is 3ds max 9, obj generated by Deep Exploration. You might need to re-apply the textures depending on the software used.
