Origins not correct. Includes bump, spec, texture, and luminosity maps, 600x600 pixels each. Blend file includes a version with no modifiers.The blend file does have one material, but the material simply applies the texture for rendering. May have very minor seams on corners and a few unnecessary vertices. Map values are dark=low light=high.
You may have to manually load the texture images with the .obj file but it is already UV mapped. Export removed object names in the OBJ file.
Edge split has been applied in OBJ version so it does contain vertices that are in the same location as others and it will be hard to edit.
