Description
Highly detailed and accurate model of a typical 'Engine Lathe' of the late 19th Century. Found in almost all machine shops.

Originally modeled in SolidWorks, the model includes the leather belt drive counter-shaft, with three driven pulleys; forward, reverse and the center free-wheeling 'idler' pulley. The belts were switched using a lng pole. UV mapped.

SolidWorks model converted to .obj in SimLab Composer. Preview renders created in KeyShot-2 from Luxion.
