Low poly model with normal maps / displacement maps. The hoodie itself is only 486 ploys. The zipper is a decimated poly object and is around 7k. If poly count is an issue you could bake the zipper into the texture.
All rendered images are from Cinema 4D, C4D scene includes lighting. Maya file also includes lighting, you can see a mental ray render in the thumbnail of the Maya screen shot. Displacement is not set up in the maya file.
The zipper object is adjusted in space to compensate for the displacement of the hoodie.
All formats except C4D, Maya, FBX you'll need to get the zip file of the textures and relink manually. The textures zip is in the 'supporting items' section.
