Description
The F-105 Thunderchief, was a supersonic fighter-bomber used by the United States Air Force.
During the Vietnam war, the single-seat F-105D was the primary aircraft delivering the heavy bomb loads against the various military targets. Meanwhile, the two-seat F-105F and F-105G Wild Weasel variants became the first dedicated Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD) platforms.
The 128th TFS, Georgia ANG was the last ANG operator of the Thunderchief. During April 1969 Lt Col Ralph Waddell attacked an anti-aircraft gun complex in Laos with this aircraft while covering a search and rescue attempt. Waddell received the DFC for his action that day. The model comes with the typical wild weasel loadout, with AGM-78 ARM and AGM-45 Shrike anti radiation missiles.

Modelled in 1:1 real world scale, all parts are conveniently named and separated for further animation, textures and specular maps are 1024x1024 pixels (8 maps each) and it has the following key-frame animations already in place:
