Description
This is the Cassina armchair 380 La Mise designed by Luca Nichetto.

The model is quad based polygons with correct UV coordinates.

The .max version contains a Turbosmooth and a Displace modifier on it with 32bit textures for folds, created in Mudbox; you can easily increase or decrease it using the Displace Strength parameter.

N.B. the Unwrap modifier before the Turbosmooth has been applied to make UV linear (like Mudbox) instead of smooth (like 3dsmax Turbosmooth).

A .max Vray full textured and shaded version has been added ready to be rendered (as you see in the thumbnail).

The Turbosmooth modifier iterations set to 3 is active by default just for Render process, to save resources. The Turbosmooth modifier and the Displace should be used together for nice folds appear.

Other formats available are .3ds and .obj.

You can import the .obj quad-based mesh on your 3D Package, apply 3 level of subdivisions and apply the displacement map to obtain the same result, just pay attention the UV map coordinates are linear while subdividing the mesh.
