Walnuts are rounded, single-seeded stone fruits of the walnut tree commonly used for the meat after fully ripening. Following full ripening, the removal of the husk reveals the wrinkly walnut shell, which is usually commercially found in two segments (three-segment shells can also form).
This is a scanned high resolution model of a California Walnut. I have purposely left the model untextured and descimated in order to reduce costs to the end user. If you find this model to your liking I would invite you to view my entire portfolio. Simply type in Klipschforte in the search field then hit return.
