Good rigging but not so good mesh.
Never in a million years would I expect a stickman to be higher in polygons than my HQ models (stickman 76,000 polygons), plus the normals are off for each limb. Some are normal and others are inverted. I was hoping to add a dozen or so of these to a realtime render, but that''''s just impossible with such high poly count, plus it would require writing a double-sided shader to fix the normals issue which would double the draws.
Fully rigged, and ready to be animate! Now, I rigged this stickman with full inverse kinematic solvers for the limbs and body, and I also inserted spherical capped joints for seamless deformation. Basically, I did all the hard stuff for you. The way I rigged this, it takes about 20 minutes to animate something that would take an hour before, and it looks a ton better, too. Instructions are included with the model, just for those who aren't familiar with this kind of stuff
