2 small, fully textured, photo realistic, generic apartments for use in various scenes.
The shading is set up using the miaX material in maya, and only sources the diffuse texture. All other textures are procedurally created through the shader(saves memory on render time), which is set up for you. The renders you see were created with default sun and sky, the only thing changed was gamma on the exposure node. This I set to 1.5
I've included rendered versions of the other textures though for your convenience for use in other 3d applications.
Uv's are overlapping on this model, so it is not suitable for baking Ambient occlusion for example. The MiaX shader has good ambient occlusion built in, and is also used in this model's shader.
