A: No. You simply need to provide a fax of your original Stitch manual or CD that shows your original Stitch serial number so that we can verify that you own the software. Our fax number is (504) 680-4475. If you do not have a fax, you can also scan your manual/CD and email the images to dcpsupport@turbosquid.com.
