This is a Revit native railing model that hosts to stairs with parametric spindles that adjust to the railing height. The newel posts have heights and base offsets that are controlled in the style type. The base offset parameter is to make the newel post reach the floor even when the rail does not extend far enough past the bottom riser. The wrought iron balusters imitate a twisted basket as best I could model natively in revit.
