The Antonov An-225 Mriya is the world's largest aircraft. The aircraft has been build for the purpose to carry the russian space shuttle 'Buran' The Buran project has never been fineshed. The only build An-225 has been stored for 7 years. In 2001 the Mriya (means 'Dream') has been made airworthy again. In order to full fill the large oversize cargo market.
This An-225 3D model has been build as close as possible to the real one. All elevators, ailerons, rudders, flaps, speed brakes and reversers are cutted out and ready for animation. The detailed gear has been animated it also includes gear bays and gear bay doors. The large cargo nose door has been animated. The cockpit and cargo bay has been modelled. High resolution textures are applied to the model including materials which can be found in the seperated zip file.
