After searching and searching, I could never find a high quality, high resolution, tileable, split face CMU block displacement map. Finally I had to create my own by painting it in Photoshop. After a few years of using this map on a day to day basis in my work (architectural visualization), tweaking and improving it, I have decided to make it available. The displacement texture is a seamless, tileable 6000 x 6000 16bit tif file. Also included with purchase is a 6000 x 6000 diffuse jpg map of a split face integrally colored block (Saddle Tan). For those of you who use Maxwell Render, I have included a Maxwell Material (mxm) ready for use in Maxwell Render Version 3. Preview rendered with Maxwell Render.
