Accurately modeled in Maya 2013 after extensive research, all quad polygons, no Ngons.
Textures range from 4k to 512.
Most shaders are Mental Ray architectural shaders.
Model is very clean with faces not seen by camera deleted.
Comes with a foot cube for rescalling in other softwares.
Model is well detailed and suitable for high end production.
Texture files and Shaders are named accordingly as well as geometry parts.
Building is well detailed for close shots and comes with
simple apartment interior textures.
Sidewalk and Street are sold separately.
Textures are only on the Texture zip file.
Note that there's no OBJ version because model has Mental Ray architectural shaders.
FBX version comes with converted Blinns and Lamberts and does not translate all textures to their respective channels because it does not convert the mental Ray shaders.
Shaders might have Ambient trurned on and color textures not applied to the shader color input correctly.
Nevertheless, reassigning the textures should not take too long if importing into other software.
