General Information:
The M16a4 Modular Weapons System represents the latest evolution in the modularization program of existing weapons, as fielded by the US Military. The M16a4 has seen widespread service with USMC, which has long placed great emphasis on individual marksmanship and evolution of the modern rifleman. Essentially a dressed up M16a2, the M16a4 has numerous M1913 rails which allow for total customization and accessorization of the rifle. The M16a4 MWS is capable of accepting many modular weapon modifications, which better enhance the soldiers ability to reach out and touch some one.
