The Architecturally modern and sleek structure, 'Waves' is structured using 2 major horizontal sub sections and 2 smaller proportioned upper sub-sections.

Polygons can be reduced with complete ease due to largely primary and extended primitives being used, with splines being used for paths. This is a very simple, but well design, proportioned building, created by a BA Hons Architect student.

Supported by 12 iron rods, strengthened to support the structure it their respective positions.

Two lift elevators are positioned to take the employee up to the middle level where they can walk along a environmentally friendly path to enter their office for the day.

The primary entrance is accessible via the lifts which are based in-front of the main building amidst the calm water lake.
