3ds max scene contains rig controls and base shaders.

Maya scene contains a group hierarchy for the rig.

Also has a missile launcher and a gauntlet gun. Does not contain any internal parts.

In 3ds max, the render layers are set up using LPM (Layer Pass Manager) created by Lukas Lepicovsky. You can download the plugin free from his website.
