High quality model two floors house - 105 meter square.
It is possible to use 2 different models:
the first have roof created from the tiles and its large file ideal for close-ups.

The other has a smaller file because it uses the texture for the roof excellent for background objects.

All details on the house have been fully modeled out (roof shingles, siding, shutters etc)
making the model ideal for close-ups and even print work.
Material colors can be easily changed if desired.
All files have been successfully tested for importing and rendering.
