Includes everything you see with the exception of the fencing mesh.
I included a tiling texture with normal map so the user can create their own fence to their dimensions and needs. The Alpha is located within the Albedo channel
All Items seen use 2 UV Layouts total. The sign stands share UV space, but the pylons and cones have unique space to create different detail for reuse. There should be no conflict in a Game Engine as each mesh is saved individually.
